GM Employee Purchase Program FAQ
GM Employee Purchase Program (GMEPP)
The GM Employee Purchase Program offers special pricing and benefits to eligible employees, retirees, family members, and friends. To participate in the program, customers must obtain an Authorization Number before taking delivery of their vehicle.
GM now requires this Authorization Number at the time of delivery. Customers who previously relied on GM’s grace period to obtain their number after delivery may need to request it earlier in the process.

Getting an authorization number
Authorization Numbers allow eligible customers to access special pricing through the GM Employee Purchase Program and related programs. Employees and retirees can obtain Authorization Numbers for themselves, family members, or friends through the official program website or by contacting the program directly.
Most Authorization Numbers are available immediately online, though some requests made by phone may take several business days to arrive for security purposes.
