I had to return after having work done because my windshield wiper fluid was not working thinking it was a warranty issue I took it to Garber where I purchased the vehicle, they wanted to charge me 369.00 to repair it and said they would have to take my bumper off, I said no I will take it to Graff, they fixed it within 20 mins and no charge...I will continue doing my business with Graff... it's all about taking care of customers, give a little to get a lot... it's very appreciated 👏

My vehicle had a transmission drain and fill done. Jenny greeted me at the service desk. She was very polite and courteous. When I had questions I spoke to service techs. Erich and Justin were very helpful informative. I had a question about fuel system additives Jesse was very helpful.

Lizzie really went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I was looking for! I was discouraged when I first arrived because the vehicle I was going to look at had been sold .
