Nothing has been resolved. My Traverse sways on freeway roads made of cement. It appears to be known issue. No resolution has been presented except rotate tires hope for the best. Sound systems in vehicle is the poorest I have experienced. I believe computer system this vehicle has is faulty have been bringing it in because little things have not worked. Mph indicator does not work 3/4 of the time. Green indicator for front passenger no longer turns green, now just this week. My cruise control, collision system and lane assist stop working for a day. I travel highway no way not to have reliable transportation. I have contacted gm and they say get second opinion elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Good morning i came in there on Thursday to get the oil changed on my wife blazer and I have had it in there several times pertaining to it stating low oil add engine oil and yall have yet to find the issue the issue this time was when i brought in this time it was a qt low i know for a fact and i asked the tech in the quick lube area and he stated NO IT WAS NOT LOW ON OIL he even asked the tech in the pit was it low and he said NO like i said i know for a fact it was and to tell me it was full put in fact the trust i have or had in yall is in question because of this i have bought several vehicles from yall and i have even had my kids come there to buy his and he alone has bought 2 from yall within a year so i would like someone to call me back and there is no way they did the full inspection that yall do

I just got my first oil change and tire rotation on my Chevy Trax that I bought from you in February 2025. I was able to get an appointment the day I called and only had to wait about 45 minutes. The staff was polite and answered my questions.

Customer service is nonexistent! We have bought 4 car in the past 6 years and have all our maintenance done by Graff. Our customer experience has hit an all time low. We went to Richardson's in Standish and purchased a 2025 -2500 Silverado LTZ and we were amazed at the service we received and still receive. We will never buy or have maintenance done on another vehicle from/at Graff.

I tried to buy the vehicle on August 11. It is the thirteenth and still no vehicle! The bank you use for $500 off your down payment is not working. They put all the information in and called and no help. They are good at transferring to another person. I was approved but never sent an account number. Now they want my SS#, utility bill, and my drivers license to prove who I am. Longest car deal ever. I felt sorry for the salesman. I hope you review the bank. I would like to cancel sale. Appt. for 2:30, took me right in and was out in 40 minutes. Oil change, cabin air filter and windshield coating. Good and quick service.

I had service done on my brakes because they were squeaking real bad when backing up only. They did work on the parking brake, but that doesn't seem to be the problem because a couple hours after getting home I started backing up to leave and the same loud squeking was still there.

Great quick oil change.

I needed to have my driver's side rear window repaired, but the part needed wasn't in, so I haven't had the work completed yet. I was, however, having trouble with my keyless remotes, and that was taken care of for me. I'm looking forward to having the rest of repair work done soon.

It started by making the appointment for our leased car maintenance with Ken at Graff Chevrolet/Bay City, Michigan. He was very pleasant and accommodating. On the day of the appointment we were greeted by Sherry who,by the way, is a ray of sunshine! Anyway, everything from start to finish was a good experience and done quickly and seemingly efficient.

It was picked up on time and back in plenty of time and the wash and Vac were beautiful

I went in just looking to get a newer model then I had which was an '09 Chevy Malibu. The person I talked to (Nick DeWyse) suggested I look at a Trax. I needed a vehicle that was easy for my mother (who I take care of) to get into & the Trax was perfect. I can't say thank you enough to Nick. I bought it after we found out it was easy for her. Nick made the whole experience extremely pleasant.

I had so much fun driving the different vehicles decide which to purchase. Lisa and Cordal knew so much about all the vehicles it made it easy for me to compare and make my decision.

Was very thorough with everything my car came with and if he did not know something he made sure to go find out for me. Then when going over finances Davis was more then pleasant to deal with very well spoken and easy to get along with made going over finance a breeze. Would recommend graff to anyone anytime.

Always love the friendly atmosphere and how you are treated like family. You just don't get service like that anywhere else in todays world. The waiting room is always clean and stocked with drinks and snacks. It's like walking back in time, to when you the consumer are treated like gold.

I pulled into the dealership, they got me right in, even knew who I was before I can even open my mouth. They told me what they were going to do to my vehicle how long it was going to take, they did such a great job of taking care of my Colorado. Went to pick up my vehicle at the body shop. Had to wait a long time. Then it had a big crack in the hood still and had to go back for more work. Still was not offered a loaner vehicle

Over several days, Sherry in Service, did all she could to make sure I was informed and advised of what was happening with the repair work on my truck. Parts were replaced/repaired quickly. Several attempts were made to complete a regen to reset the DEF system. The tech working on my truck was able to complete the work and my vehicle was returned to me. I am grateful for the professional assistance I received and the repair. We left shortly afterwards hauling a travel trailer to Florida. We had no problems on the trip and are appreciative for the wonderful service provided by your team!
