Nothing has been resolved. My Traverse sways on freeway roads made of cement. It appears to be known issue. No resolution has been presented except rotate tires hope for the best. Sound systems in vehicle is the poorest I have experienced. I believe computer system this vehicle has is faulty have been bringing it in because little things have not worked. Mph indicator does not work 3/4 of the time. Green indicator for front passenger no longer turns green, now just this week. My cruise control, collision system and lane assist stop working for a day. I travel highway no way not to have reliable transportation. I have contacted gm and they say get second opinion elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Good morning i came in there on Thursday to get the oil changed on my wife blazer and I have had it in there several times pertaining to it stating low oil add engine oil and yall have yet to find the issue the issue this time was when i brought in this time it was a qt low i know for a fact and i asked the tech in the quick lube area and he stated NO IT WAS NOT LOW ON OIL he even asked the tech in the pit was it low and he said NO like i said i know for a fact it was and to tell me it was full put in fact the trust i have or had in yall is in question because of this i have bought several vehicles from yall and i have even had my kids come there to buy his and he alone has bought 2 from yall within a year so i would like someone to call me back and there is no way they did the full inspection that yall do

I tried to buy the vehicle on August 11. It is the thirteenth and still no vehicle! The bank you use for $500 off your down payment is not working. They put all the information in and called and no help. They are good at transferring to another person. I was approved but never sent an account number. Now they want my SS#, utility bill, and my drivers license to prove who I am. Longest car deal ever. I felt sorry for the salesman. I hope you review the bank. I would like to cancel sale. Customer service is nonexistent! We have bought 4 car in the past 6 years and have all our maintenance done by Graff. Our customer experience has hit an all time low. We went to Richardson's in Standish and purchased a 2025 -2500 Silverado LTZ and we were amazed at the service we received and still receive. We will never buy or have maintenance done on another vehicle from/at Graff.

I had service done on my brakes because they were squeaking real bad when backing up only. They did work on the parking brake, but that doesn't seem to be the problem because a couple hours after getting home I started backing up to leave and the same loud squeking was still there.

Over several days, Sherry in Service, did all she could to make sure I was informed and advised of what was happening with the repair work on my truck. Parts were replaced/repaired quickly. Several attempts were made to complete a regen to reset the DEF system. The tech working on my truck was able to complete the work and my vehicle was returned to me. I am grateful for the professional assistance I received and the repair. We left shortly afterwards hauling a travel trailer to Florida. Partway home a got a service alert on my my dash. I immediately called and the techs hadn't reset the tire sensors after rotating the tires, so I drove back so they could do so. Then I drove home (70+ miles). The next morning there was a puddle of oil under my vehicle, so I called again and never heard back. I opened the hood and there was obvious oil spray on the air intake as if someone spilled oil. After checking the oil (which was fine) I noticed the undercarriage also had spray. I took some pictures, replied to an email reminder & 7 days later...no reply or callback. The only reason for a second star is that the team was courteous.

To whom it may concern, I work in retail, and I usually hate to be “that” customer — but this experience has left me no choice. This was one of the worst vehicle‑leasing experiences I have ever had. I have been leasing vehicles for years, and Marilyn had always taken great care of me. After receiving text messages about my lease ending, I scheduled an appointment and was told I would be working with Evan. When I met with him, I explained that I wanted to stay in the same vehicle model (Trailblazer) because I love my 2023. He found one online — Apex Red with black interior — and when I asked if the seats were leather, he told me he was “pretty sure those are leather.” He then showed me a comparable model on the lot, pointing out features like leather seats and an electric trunk etc.. Based on that, I agreed to move forward. He said he located the vehicle in Mt. Pleasant, would have it shipped, and we agreed on the payment. He texted me on Monday, 1/12, to say the vehicle had arrived, and we scheduled my appointment for Tuesday. When I arrived a little after 3 p.m., the experience quickly went downhill. After completing initial paperwork, I waited for over an hour with no updates. Only after overhearing staff mention DMV issues did I have any idea why things were delayed. He contacted my insurance company to switch coverage, and I continued waiting — ultimately over two hours — without being shown the vehicle at any point. Shame on me for not asking to look at it. When the paperwork was finally ready, I was taken into a separate room to sign everything. Only after signing was I brought outside to see the vehicle — in the dark. That is when I discovered it was not the vehicle I had been shown online or described in person. It did not have leather seats. It did not have the black interior. Instead, it had light gray cloth seats. I immediately told Evan this was not the vehicle we ordered. He appeared nervous and agreed it was not. I asked what we were supposed to do now that all the paperwork was signed. He brought over a manager, Emily. I was extremely upset and even apologized through tears. She explained that the vehicle shown online was a higher trim level and that if I wanted that one, I would need to pay an additional $100 per month — something that was never communicated to me beforehand. After more than three hours in the showroom, exhausted and frustrated, I felt pressured and defeated. I accepted the vehicle simply because I felt I had no other choice. I was offered a free oil change and a Starbucks gift card, which did little to address the situation. I left feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. When I got home and pulled into the garage to at least get a better look at it, it looked as if they did not even clean it for me. The windows were smeared where the sticker was, there is a little black stain in the back seat (which i have pictures). I went into the house and told my husband I will not return to Graff for another vehicle again. Doesn't end here. Then the next day I received a call from my insurance company that the Vin number Evan gave them was actually the same VIN number of my old 2023 trailblazer. SO again, frustrating. Thank GOD the VIN number on the new registration was the correct one so I was able to fix that right away. Something I should not have had to fix. I am sorry this is so lengthily, I just wanted someone to hear my frustrations. Kellie Richard

Went in for a battery inspection and replacement. I was in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes, which I was very satisfied with. I work remote and like that I can bring work with me to the dealership and work while I wait for my truck to be serviced. It turned out my battery needed to be replaced and Graff offered me a reasonable price for a new battery including installation. It was comparable to what I would have paid buying a battery from Advance Auto Parts and having somebody else install it for me.
